Job Description
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on potential ROI, scalability, and alignment with company strategy.
- Breakdown the corporate strategy into actionable operational plan and monthly governance
- Ensure clear focus on growing the health insurance business profitably and drive the business P&L in line with the organizational strategy and plans.
- Be the custodian of the health insurance brand as its brand ambassador and build the most consumer-centric health insurance brand in the country with high net promoter score (NPS), zero escalations, 100% adherence to SLAs / TATs across clients and customers.
- Partner with the underwriting team to design innovative products/propositions (e.g. add ons), drive adoption of products and optimize for conversion and profitability
- Drive market innovation to ensure ACKO delivers new and innovative products basis customer needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with product, technology and customer service teams to design and streamline processes to deliver best in class service and experience (to customers and partners) right from onboarding to renewal.
- Leverage in-depth understanding of the customers to develop new products / services basis customer needs, preferences, national and global trends in the market and data insights from current product usage
