Acko General Insurance - Associate Director - Health Division (4-6 yrs)

- Relevant and proven experience in tech, business leadership, consulting, business intelligence, and/or strategy. Ideally coming from a start-up background.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to cross-functional teams and global teams

- Experience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical approach to issues

- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well

- Self-starter - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role

- Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away

- Minimum of 4-6 years of work experience, within consulting or strategy-related work

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong business acumen

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
