Job Description
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team comprising Sales Managers, Senior Managers, and Claims Service Managers.
Set performance benchmarks and provide ongoing coaching to drive high team performance.
- Broker Relationship Management:Develop and sustain strong relationships with brokers within assigned territories.
Align broker activities with Acko s business strategy to ensure a consistent inflow of quality proposals.
Collaborate with brokers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Client Engagement:Deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing Acko s solutions and value proposition.
Work closely with service teams to nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Strategic Collaboration:Formulate and execute strategies to develop and deepen relationships with both existing and potential clients in coordination with service teams.
Foster seamless coordination between brokers, clients, service teams, and Claims management.
- Cross-functional Synergy:Collaborate with allied departments such as Product, Underwriting, Operations, Tech, and Claims to drive efficient client onboarding and servicing.
Play a pivotal role in implementing process changes that enhance the B2B client experience.
- Business Planning & Execution:Contribute to annual business planning alongside the P&L leader and Finance teams.
Ensure alignment with organizational objectives, financial targets, and operational excellence.
