Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace strategies with overarching brand objectives.
Partner with creative teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand content for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Strategy, Planning, and Monitoring
Develop and execute strategies for sales growth, while aligning with events, sales trends, and inventory.
Build and nurture strong relationships with marketplace platform account managers to unlock growth opportunities.
Set and achieve ambitious growth targets for the business.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting and reporting with actionable insights, including competitor analysis and market trends.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality execution of initiatives.
Pricing and Revenue Optimization
Create and implement strategies to increase average order value and repeat purchase rates.
Update product pricing on eCommerce marketplaces, ensuring alignment with dynamic gold rate changes.
Key Skills and Competencies
Proven experience in eCommerce and marketplace management, preferably in the Jewellery sector.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in managing pricing strategies and promotional planning.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently with a focus on deadlines and quality.
