Responsible for managing and driving the performance of the eCommerce marketplace channel through strategic business planning, team management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on optimizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the jewellery marketplace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Performance Management:
Oversee sales, marketing, customer service, pricing, account reconciliation, profitability, and merchandising.
Business Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with Key Accounts for joint business planning to ensure delivery on the committed business plan.
Set and achieve aspirational growth targets.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers, fostering operational excellence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace strategies with broader brand goals.
Partner with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Strategic Planning and Monitoring:
Plan deals based on sales trends, events, and inventory.
Monitor and forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, providing actionable insights on performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers to maximize growth opportunities.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Pricing and Revenue Optimization:
Develop and implement strategies to increase the average order value and repeat purchase rate.
Regularly update product pricing on marketplaces to align with gold rate fluctuations.

Proficiency in project management.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Masters, PG, or Graduate in a relevant field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience, with a maximum of 20 years, preferably in the jewellery or eCommerce marketplace industry.
Performance Metrics:
Sales growth and profitability targets.
Customer retention and satisfaction rates.
Channel efficiency and operational effectiveness.
On-time project execution and delivery.
Accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
Work Environment and Conditions:
Based in Thrissur with possible travel requirements.
