Production Executive - Servicing

Job Description:

Kalyan Jewellers is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Executive -

Servicing to join our dynamic team. With 3-6 years of proven work experience, the

ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning

of our production process and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

❖ Responsible for managing the production process across the entire project

lifecycle.

❖ Create a production schedule and ensure that all shoot processes are completed

in a timely and efficient manner.

❖ Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules

accordingly.

❖ Organize and manage shoot data and filing systems to ensure accessibility and

accuracy of information.

❖ Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will

improve production efficiency.

❖ Collaborate with the management team in the development of shoot plans.

❖ Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running

smoothly.

❖ Manage the budget for the production department and monitor spending to

ensure that it is kept within the allocated limits.

❖ Monitor the shoot process to identify areas of improvement and take action to

address any issues.

Qualifications:

❖ Bachelor degree in production or related field or equivalent work experience

❖ Minimum 3+ years of experience in production operations and shoot plans

❖ Ability to analyze production issues and identify solutions.

❖ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy

and precision.

❖ Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).

❖ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

❖ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

❖ Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
