I truly enjoyed working at ACKO, a company that stands out for its incredibly supportive and inclusive work culture. Unlike many traditional insurance firms, ACKO prioritizes flexibility with work hours, dress code, and remote work options, making it an ideal environment for personal balance. The hierarchy is also refreshing senior leaders like Animesh (CEO) & Varun (Chairman) are approachable & actively engage with employees. Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

The employee benefits and appraisals are not upto the mark. The contributions are not valued and sometimes ignored while we have the talks. Promotions are not provided to the deserving candidates
