Initially, my experience at Acko was positive; I enjoyed my work and found the environment supportive.

However, after a new manager took over, the workplace dynamic changed significantly. The atmosphere became restrictive, with strict rules against casual conversations during work hours and a lack of flexibility regarding shift extensions. Additionally, there was insufficient transparency and support concerning data for incentives and quality, leading to frustration.
