The change in the work setup is primarily attributed to the kind of business we do and the success we wish to achieve, which demand our teams to collaborate and work with each other. A five-day work-from-office setup will enhance agility, speed in decision-making and effective execution of projects. Regular in-person interactions will further enable quicker communication, timely decision-making, and efficient collaboration, leading to faster response times and better outcomes.
