There is a payment policy named LTIP. In which, they pay you your variable and stocks one year late. I worked hard this year and for that I'll get payment next year and that too in breaks half in June and other Half in December. Whenever you leave the company you'll loose your variable for at least one year. I have never seen this kind of payment policy in any other company.
