very low salary.... wages are mor for labours than a teacher. Just name of the school...They charge a good amount from student but don't pay teachers...and work load is very high.....and also ever school have saturday half day aur a holiday but it has school everyday....this is not good for students also

Work from home in this lockdown. Supportive teammates. Administration is working on company policies, staff appraisal and work structure.

Dislikes

Unequal work distribution, salary is not up to the mark. Career growth is slow.

Work Details

Working hours are hectic but I learnt a lot. It improved my skills and techniques. The environment of school is very positive for mental peace and healthy hygienic lifestyle. Overall it's a good experience.
