When u r working in ace technology u have to sacrifice ur private life as they won't give u holiday.once u resign from ace technology u become enemy of company.They won't give u ur full and final settlement and after that they will call the new company and say engineer which u interview is absconding or have not paid dues and many bad things abt the engineer.This company is black listed and no one should join.After resignation i worked for 3 month Without salary just to get relieving letter.they haven't gave my full and final amount.Worst management......Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
