Pay is so low No appraisal Worst HRs and their policy (Specially the senior one ) Top management is there to eat money and not working You'll learn nothing Bina sar per ki organization

The entire organization works on CEO's and his 2 favourite girls. 0 employee friendliness, just 1 leave a month, no medical insurance, no PF. Toxic work culture, no training provided but expecting magical results. Increment is close to almost nothing and it gets delay by 4-5 months. CEO takes a cut from your salary if you are not able to achieve your targets</mark>. They take you on a trip once a year with your own money. They force you to come and if you don't, you work on holidays and pay a fine. Imagine- a mother like me has a baby and I am forced to go on a trip for 3-4 days leaving my baby behind.
