If we talk about overall categories accors is one and only best place for growth but there are some pitfall circumstances with working overthere like longhour shifts, holidays etc

Well worked in Front Office very good company for growth prospectus,learned a lot they take care of holidays also we used to get 8 off in a month, salary was ok not that much high, culture is good they used to celebrate a lot in festivals which is good, and they ask for innovative ideas.

I loved to be a part of all the important events, was organizing them.GM of Pullman and Novotel both were very very cooperative. HOD's were equally supportive. Salary was good and training and development program were very helpful to grow in career.
