Access healthcare is really good in all terms except TL and delivery manager.

Recently they hired 600+ for hanger DME project. SPOC have been selected without zero knowledge in DME as well as software. Since those PPL came from Omega with delivery manager reference. Interview for Muslim PPL was just like how many times you pray a day, regularly go to mosque, where are you from. Delivery manager is a Muslim. Group leader yuvraj, Sandeep won't give respect to the team members. Hate speech, shouting in the floor, threatening in terms of like we will terminate, no knowledge regards the process. If your manager dissatisfied in one occasion of your work in a year like one in hundred. They will cancel your appraisal. You will not get appraisal for that whole year. And no leaves are permissable and you must work in holidays..no work life balance.
