In my project authority people are running behind the number not working for resolution or revenue it's a new project only 4 days of training provided and 5 different software were there. Eventually without learning the project how it's work they are rushing people for count...

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
