Good pay package. Good perks and facilities. Good transport.

No job security. Ratings are non justifiable and is goverbed mainly by an employee's rapport with thwir manager rarger than performance.
Even after ditchi g bell curves, tgey still giving PIP to good employees.
Optional work from home is very dufficult to get.

Best work culture. Lot of opportunities to travel lots and lots of training. Best at job security. Even a deal of 400 odd employees wind-up people are absorbed in different other projects . If you are person passionate about your work . You are recognised and lots of opportunities are given to take part in project . Work life balance wasn't great for me because I took projects so it was hetic but I loved challenges and I was recognised for my work . Salary was ok because it was my first company I was offered 8k at starting in 2007 but people who are joined from different organisations they have got good hike . Any organisation if you are with great people and your enthu to work you love working . I was lucky to have such people who guided, supported and encouraged me . I was happy in Accenture ....Read More

Mandatory trainings though m not interested we had to complete. There is no work from home option in finance BPO for security reasons. "Operation excellence" those metrics, displays used to consume our time rather on normal production work . It usee anoy me lot.
