HR activities is really poor, the only time u will see HR is during onboarding and hopeful during resignation,
Yearly compensation are single digits infact 0 digits too.
Internal job postings looks lucrative but you need to have real good connections to get one, simply they are eye wash.

It is ok to work in Accenture as far your getting good salary
Apart from the culture, everything is else is not satisfying here.
Dislikes
Worst compensation given for existing employees, as the hike is not more than 5%.
Work Details
You would definitely be spending 10 hours or more at work apart from traveling. Even though transport is free, you would be spending 2-5 hrs both ways, depending upon distance.

Good pay package. Good perks and facilities. Good transport.
Dislikes
No job security. Ratings are non justifiable and is goverbed mainly by an employee's rapport with thwir manager rarger than performance.
Even after ditchi g bell curves, tgey still giving PIP to good employees.
Optional work from home is very dufficult to get.
