Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good for employees. It is a employee oriented company, where appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. They also provide with free pick-up and drop facility.

Nice team mates. Gud trainers and 100%job security and I am not satisfied with my salary and appraisal the main thing the people are working here for the cab both pick and drop but we can't able to learn any new things not as much an environment.. Etc etc

I love the fact about the company is being a part of a team which was very supportive. The US clients were also good, I learned many things from them. The work culture in Accenture is like second home. I also like the rehiring policy which gives a chance for better growth. I wish, I could work again with my best team.

The growth is very slow. After working for 14-18 hours the compensation which was provided it was low. I got so many appreciation from clients and managers but still at the time of appraisals it was unnoticed.
