Upper Management & HR Department is a complete joke. Worst mistake I ever made was taking a promotion within this company (which is kind of sad). After becoming a Team Lead I was forced to work 14 hour days and only got paid for 8 hours and when brought to management and HR Department attention I was told that this is the job and ifI am unavailable to handle this then I should look at other work opportunities elsewhere. My direct manager was degrading and self absorbed, repeatedly called me a b***h, ungrateful, an idiot and incompetent and a waste of space. Constantly delegated their own responsibility and work onto myself and other team leaders so she could go shopping and leave work early. However after delegating her own tasks, she constantly screamed, yelled and degraded myself and the other manager for not doing anything and being useless and lazy and not managing our time well when explaining we could not get their job plus our own completed within a 14 hour day. They then forced us to work on weekends without pay to get our management duties completed for our teams. Manager would take credit for everything even if they didn't have a clue what they were taking credit for. Management & Hr would dismiss workplace harassment complaints about clients and staff by sweeping it under the rug. Also was told to disregard HR's recommendations or requests and told if you don't grow up or like it to find work elsewhere. Management would bad mouth and degrade employees in meetings to other managers and make up reasons to fire employees they didn't like. My HR representative was best friends with my direct manager and would hide, fire and laugh about complaints made about the direct manager. This company is a soul sucking, toxic workplace that will literally make you want to jump out your office window because they will take all the joy and light out of your life and will destroy your relationships and life outside of work.
