I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. I would say this whole-ly depends on the client and the team you end up in. The people you work with on a daily basis, the developers you interact with, the testers and POs. In terms of work ethic and deliverable quality, I feel I work with the best minds in this team, and that makes me want to become and push my skillset.

Being paid in peanuts, not meeting people, weekends are workdays at times.
