If you are already at the higher end of the band, you won't get a very good hike even if you are the top performer. 2. HR doesn't even take into consideration your educational background or other credentials while deciding on appraisal.

During the time I joined where freshers were not assigned any project or role and if so were assigned to support role. there was no proper response from the manager even after meet with him. He does only his job not worried about others. The working culture was professional and good.
