I've joined as a fresher and the salary is very low even I had completed Global certification CCNA. Salary is around 80k/annum take home. But people who are interested in learning they can learn basic hands-on experience from their client sites that too limited by your Team lead sometimes. No quality training in technical skills or courses.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Very low wage. No proper training or skill training. Team mates sometimes not understand their role and will not come on time if they joined prior to you.

I'v learned self and got more opportunity to learn from different network products and network environment because most of their senior engineer left and no resources, at that time I was given opportunity and I utilized it , learner more things basically.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
