Only benefit is you are working on the product from scratch.

Firstly they only deal with Alcatel, which has least demand in current world. Working in Service team is quite like hell. You cannot have any plans for yourself as there can be issue at any point of time. IF there is an issue you can be made to stay there for more than 48hours also in a stretch. Although the Senior Managerial Staff especially Technical Planning is quite resourceful, however lack of proper guidance and non availability of lead is a serious Shortcoming of this organisation.

The HR is irrelevant, no Job Security neither growth opportunity exist in a small niche of executives it have. The Management is impractical to effectively utilize the resource available and highly non-supportive. The will hire qualified personals for Marketing but due to non availability of leads, will be asking you to go for lead generation i.e. door to door visit. Although, lead generation is a requisite of Sales, but marketing a Technical Sophisticaticated product requires a good client base, better pricing and a lot more social interaction, which is nowhere available. You can easily get higher salaries from other competitors with better working conditions and more ambient enviroment for growth....Read More
