I have joined this company on 1st November 2020, during COVID time. That was the time when maximum company was cutting their cost and employees were loosing their jobs. This was the company who supported me, provided an opportunity to work with them. I will be obelised with this company life long. They provided salary increment andon time salary throughout my working till 2023. Due to some family problem I leave this company but still I regret for my decision. for the management of this company, I must say they was very friendly and they have broad vision toward future. They were always ready for new ideas, they appreciate if you want to give any suggestion to improve work culture. The working environment was too good. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
