Thre is very less competition .if u hve good comm. Skills nd typing skills.. U can go ahead... One advantage is they ll give u full salary no pf should be cut as such. If any of candidate will be selected.. U ll get extra money fr dat... But he ll not give until he get joined ..but one thing i like is freely u can wtk dre bcoz less competition.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
