They all are well person but the environment and culture are not good there .staff person is not transparent.managent completely depends on old staff and they always misguide him.they did not support us through Covod-19, my job also affected from Covid-19

Company/organization runs with a team work.staff depend upon faith with each other.t hat was no there, the owner of company does not faith except a few pls old staff,whears his information is wrong and right.so I could not adjusting myself there.at result,they fired me through lockdown.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
