Good pre-joining training, top ranked brands, well organised management, Impressive incentive schemes.

Dislikes

Prefixed quarter work (tour) plan. Even it benefits the company, you can't deviate the work plan. Very Senior representatives resist to change or take elevations. And Strict working hours.

High quality Products and training, Higher management is very supportive and encouraging, respect in the work place leading good job satisfaction.

Dislikes

Some internal issues with middle management people due to lack of experience and improper work organising but good at sales pressure instead of working.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
