Over all Co. Is good, infact I learn a lot from the Big house like Abbott & I wish if I can join again this organization but not in healthcare , I would like to join Abbott India. The management don't provide the working atmosphere, I individual decided to work in evening with my team, but they forcefully stopped me. There is huge gap between ground reality & management thought. They apply their rule on the team, but the market is going change day by day, management don't do work on ground level, all are busyin meetings only.
