Likes

Job Security, International Project Exposure, Decent office, Office facility is good, Flexible working with WFH option, Every year they take feedback which is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal is poor, Groupism and favoritism, Seniors sits on bus and mostly make the junior to pull the bus which makes young minds tired, lot of improvements needed in Job fairness, Project allocation and benefits.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 10 days in Month one can avail Work from Home.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
