Nothing to like about this organisation. There are managers who think engineers are programmers because they are not able to think engineering 😂

- It was 1 of the not worthy organisation I had ever worked or ever saw or ever experienced. - Even a low paying job during my initial days of my career was far better than this job at ABB - After 1/2 years of work you will be made to suffer at work as per your seniors requirements. - Most managers live here and work here in ABB GISPL and if you listen to their wordings you will constantly notice them stating I do not involve much in team affairs and I leave everything to the team members to decide what they want 😂. Then they make the person who just nods their head to them as manager/lead and screw others life in the name of work by spoiling careers. - There are also such managers who wear some invisible masks of staying humble and down to earth in front of management who think they are uplifting the life of engineers by giving them a job and means to earn. Please change your mindset because it's not you managers who are allowing new joinees to earn but it's because of new joinees who are human resource in abundance in India which allows your organisation to be flexible in earning with cheap resources who are willing to spend 9-11 hours of their life daily at work. Ask your fellow counterparts in Europe to understand how difficult it is to find some good resources. - Sometimes they even hire people to teach them a lesson or even try to teach discipline( according to them ) in life . so please be aware before you join here. - I suggest you to stay away from this politically oriented organisation unless you know Indian corporate rules of keeping your boss happy. - Be very careful with managers here because they literally act like they are your family members and finally they will abandon you once their job is done ✅...Read More
