This organisation has good ManEx process

Dislikes

There is no carrier growth in AM level. No technical training for new joiners but they expect people to deliver from day 1. There is a poisonous structure of experienced group of people who are in the same position from more than 10years and hence groupism and political.

Company provides 5days work but it entirely depends on line manager to approve that

Nothing. It's a terrible company to work with. they don't have basis infrastructure like proper toilets for employees, forget about other things. There are egoistic people filled in the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
