Used to be good between 2017-21 but then some top management and middle management positions were filled with micromanaging individuals who spoiled the merit based culture that used to be there. Politics, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. I like nothing about State Street Pune

I dislike management doing partially, every 2nd person is no talking to each other, people are taking everything personally, they don't understand professionalism. Most imp part is managers are supporting toxic people. No training plans for new joiners only high expectation. Managers are not listening to any issues in even one on one. Toxic workplace.
