Here my remarks are only specified for those who are ambitious & knows that hard work is the key to success. Job security:- its confirm this company gives this, better undersatnd one fundamental point, if you perform any were you will have job security, the additinal benift here is that your good performance is noticed by managemnt . Work culture:- if compare with many other big companies, here its far better,(please note work culture do not mean sitting in big astonishing building, work culture is about how much scope & co-operation you get to complete your task). always giving chances to freshers & trying giving technical knowledge to interne/traninees free of cost, and most of thses people are not serious since they are getting things for free, their attitude towards learning & hard work is very un acceptable.
