Company culture is very toxic. They don't respect talented engineers. They want chatu employee... If you will not entertain them they you will never grown up. And some Uncultured uncivilized persons are there and the company is entertaining by them. No one will listen your wards. My suggestion don't waste your career by joining in this company one chatu billing engineer is there who pretends like he knows everything.... But he doesn't know to prepare bbs. My suggestion .
