I have worked a lot ACC block plant and I have gained a lot of knowledge form it .I like best in the current industry because it has the processor time working and the ability to progress, the passion that one gets in it, the fun in it is different .

Dislikes

I got most of the knowledge about this plant and working in it fun but there is potential to take it forward like the labourers will learn something and after that the operating machine has most of the knowledge and the problem in its payment mostly there and in most of the industry work is being done on contract basis due to this the opriter who dose the work dose not get the payment for that they mostly work on the payment because it is on contract basics and what do these people do mostly they show the machine to the laborers what happens due to the this the salary that the opriter should get there is a problem in the payment and the payment that is being reserved on the market dress also there is a problem due to this the salary that should be receved I am talking about 12 hours seat only the payment that is being reserved in that he gets the same problem...Read More
