Indipendet handing of patients and enough time for same. Less work, It's a PG Medical Institute, Good for Academic growth and to make Freinds.. Good for beginners, One can start private practice from beginning itself.

Very poor salary, Poor support for growth and infrastructure. And No one really interested in reality teaching properly, treating properly....
