Inspite of uncertainties, the company recently conducted appraisals for all the eligible individuals and a salary hike ranging from 25-35% on an average was given. Also, during Diwali maximum amount of INR 10,000 was awarded to the best performer. To add on the company also announced that for this year they will be giving bonuses/incentives every quarter.

The company initially announced that they will do pay cuts, but later no deductions were done to keep the moral of the employees high. Really appreciate their efforts to support their employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
