Have to work long hours on some days, but that's more out of a sense of ownership by individuals than it being company mandated. Haven't had cause to complain about anything yet!

I work on enabling data for consumption by 6sense users, analysing data to get valuable insights on the product, build KPIs and dashboards for usage and explore creative strategies to improve the product features.

There are a plethora of growth opportunities for almost every role, which come as a part of a rapidly growing startup. The quality of work is really good and everyone gets to work on some really great projects

The work-life can be a bit difficult to maintain sometimes, but that is not because of the culture or pressure, but because the work is so interesting that you never really feel pressured. That said, it is never as bad or high pressure like say consulting

I work on some amazing data assets at 6sense. These data assets are like billions and billions of rows of data and we work on building product features on top of these assets and deriving analytics and insights.

The thing I love most about 6sense is our FAMILY culture. Super talented people and best work environment. The company is growing rapidly, which has enabled lots and lots of opportunities for the employees. Great product that serves a multitude of use cases for our customers. There is no job security. Employees in the US and India are treated differently. 6sense does not like INDIANS selling their products. Performance does not matter to them when they lay off employees. Even if you attain 150% throughout the year, it does not matter to them. If job security is something that is important to you, 6sense is not be the right place for you.

Remote Work Culture, Some smart colleagues

Lack of Clarity & Vision from Management. Executive team lacks integrity & doesn't have the courage to be true & candid to the teams. They let go of 200 employees in Oct 22 with no explanation & clarity just stating financial issues and on the other hand they spend millions of dollars on Dubai offsite. For the let go employees they didn't even paid off severance properly, no variables & stocks cashed out for those employees. Work life balance is not good, you will be expected to work from early morning till late nights most of the days.
