In my company when we work on a project we dont just treat that as a Project, we work on it as if its our own Product. We strive for more features improvise on whatever we have developed tilll now. Also there is vibes are pure in office environment. Helping each out and grow as a passionate developer.

Most important thing is work satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your work then there is no meaning. But at 5D I am always enjoy my work and satisfied. we can easily manage work-life balance. The team is really very co-operative in every situation.
