New Management is quite self centric, doesn’t listen much to old employees or auditors, tries to bring own people even with less experience but on high salary, high attrition rate in 2 years since new management has come.

Since my working location is on client site, having well trained, friendly colleagues filled working friendly environment enable me to work restlessly to rectify the client's retailer's issue at the earliest. Aligned myself to government's new tax regime say GST from old tax regime and supported the client's retailers for successful transition across India since its inception last year. After training they conduct the test in kotak be more app , there were many glitches in the app. Instead of blaming a team who came as a supervisor they prefer to make 10 people to resign and no clearance,not conduct mock calling ,in the job, calling was important they should make the decision on behalf of calling quality but without any reason after 35 days they make us to resign it was my first job and had a very bad experience...Read More
