1. Salary will never credit in time. 2. Behavior of Administrative/HR Dept. is horrible. 3. No Compensation. 4. No Motivation. 5. MD don't value individuals' unique strength. 6. No training, but they are asking for training fees while joining company of Rs.35000 . So indirectly they are selling job. 7. Always threatening by telling, "terminate you at any time". and lots more....................

They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
