There’s nothing to like. Company doesn’t follow the policies. I have seen people getting fired just because their manager is abusing them and they reached out to HR and HR fired them

If you are going to work with navneet, beware. Person with zero knowledge and terrible attitude. Doesn't respects time and wants his team members to work 24/7 and considers himself Aryabhatta. Though rohit sir is polite and someone who would listen to you. But a terrible manager like navneet will always take your credit and never let you grow. And in case of failures, first person to back out.

A company who treats sales guys as peons will never grow, they are using everything for sales the it, support , am departments are doing sales. They did well in the starting of Covid but now they are just finding flaws in every worker so that they can either hold or deduct the salary.

Only some people get credit for work and for that too you need to be a good bu..t kisser. You will get some praise if you are from the opponent company revealing all the secrets or you need to be their close ones. Raw talent is nothing but trash for them same campaign tactics, ideas were shared but never followed by the top management but once it was shared by some near and dear ones they implemented.
