There’s nothing to like. Company doesn’t follow the policies. I have seen people getting fired just because their manager is abusing them and they reached out to HR and HR fired them

Nothing, i would request all not to join this company. The HR management is the worst with most of the HRs being freshers. They will talk to you as if they own the company. There is no proper communication or visibility. They will keep your salary on hold anytime without informing you and might askyou to resign anytime.

If you are going to work with navneet, beware. Person with zero knowledge and terrible attitude. Doesn't respects time and wants his team members to work 24/7 and considers himself Aryabhatta. Though rohit sir is polite and someone who would listen to you. But a terrible manager like navneet will always take your credit and never let you grow. And in case of failures, first person to back out.

Company Politics Boss Culture People with only 6 and 8 years of experience become Senior Technical Lead and COO of company. If you are on Notice period Leaders will treat you like shit, even in once there was a false alligation of harrasment. CEO humiliated employee on floor infront of 30 odd guys. CEO & Director thinks that bitching about others in front of employees get them some insights about the company(Toxic culture).
