The only likeable thing is they never will ask you to leave. NP matter how bad your communication skills are, you are always fit for some other process.

The things which are not on time: Salary - January's salary gets paid in April end. Hygiene - Poor floor structure, no water, dusty place Appraisal - After the salary cycle, how can you expect it? Promotions - totally ridiculous, have no idea of identifying talents, promotions are based on how well you know their management. Paid half salaries in Lockdown Didn't pay salaries to employees who got COVID at work. If you work in this company then neither experience nor money will be of any use because the company never gives us the money that you earn.I have worked in this company for 2 years. But in these 2 years I have been tortured so much. For my own salary and the rest of the employees of the company were also tortured because we were not paid salary. We were made to work. But the money was never paid on time. Sometimes we got 2000, sometimes ₹6000 And for this money also we had to give the reason why we need 2000-6000 from our salary which they are not able to give us.My salary from December 2023 to June 2024 is still pending Which I have not received even after serving the notice period, Later when I called CM Helpline, I got cheques through Labor Court. Seven cheques from this company, out of which one cheque was cleared and the rest are bouncing right now. There is no money in their account. Like me, there are others whose salaries were pending and who have received cheques through the Labour Court, their cheques are getting bounced.So don't ever get involved in this company because here you will get work to do but you will not get paid for it....Read More
