As Because of our client is from Asia,Uk and US region so the projects are stop and get decide to shutdown with employees. As per notice they had given has 1 month salary upto now. Also appraislas are good but depend on your performance. Having supportive employees but we don't depend on others. No good communication between team mentors and team leaders. Hr policies are not proper. Growth is slow. There is no proper training to guide fresher changing as per once. Managers do not value an individual employees for any reason. Leaves not giving as per Hr policy. No latest technologies which can take more than they are working as per other Research Industry.
