Hey everyone! I have 3 years and 3 months of experience in different segments of customer support. My journey includes: Technical Support for Digital Signatures – Helping users with authentication across various websites. Corporate Banking Support at HSBC – Assisting corporate customers with their daily banking needs. Tier-2 Support at Walmart – Handling escalations and managing different customer service segments. I am currently learning Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel and considering my next career move. Looking for suggestions from the community on the best transition path!
