Which career should I choose to transition into? Seeking advice for a stable, well-paying field

Hi everyone, I’m a 34-year-old with 9 years of experience in video editing. While I enjoy the creative aspect, I feel the salary in this field is quite low, and I’m looking to learn a new skill to transition into a more stable and financially rewarding career. I’m planning to take a paid online course (not interested in certificates) to upskill, but I’m unsure which field to pursue. I’d prefer something with a clear career path, job security, and decent earning potential. Freelancing isn’t an option for me as I want a fixed salary and stability. Could you suggest some careers or skills that align with my goals? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

If stability & pay are your top priorities, consider fields like Data Analytics, UX/UI Design, or Project Management. These have clear career paths, decent salaries, and structured growth.

Try Product Management if you enjoy organizing workflows and working cross-functionally. Pays well, has stability, and doesn’t need a coding background.

Man, I feel you! Creative fields are fun, but money matters too. Try looking into Tech Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Product Design, these blend creativity with good salaries!
