Toxic Work Environment

Hey all Recently I moved to another organisation to my surprise the entire work environment is too different from what I have expected. And I need to work under My DM who is right in front of us who does micro monitoring so much and it was completely new to me. Even seniors were saying be careful with him as 7-8 people recently have moved out of the company due to some differences and here I have joined a month ago and Heard more stories about my DM. How to work and not get focused into him as recently he sent mail to HR for another person due as a bad performer. Idk how I'll manage here as of now I just want to leave this company within 6-9 months. If I do will it create any bad impression on me during HR as I just switched 2 companies in less than 4 years even though my package isn't that great!! Give your suggestions!!!

Bro i can totally feel the struggle 😭 micro management can really mess with your head. If you’re really planning to leave in 6-9 months, focus on your skill development so you’re prepared for the next role. What’s your plan for finding the next job?

Start looking for new opportunities while continuing your current role. A toxic environment can drain you, so planning your exit wisely is key.

I mean currently I'm having 45 days notice for 2 months of probation until march 31 So I'm thinking of attending interviews within these 2 months and going out as In 2 weeks I'll get the project So is this a good move or should I stay at least 6 months

Ignore the scenarios & focus on work & keep your dm involve in your progress bar .

The best part about trying to find a new job is it doesn't hurt you one bit. No matter how the HR perceives your resume to be, the most you can do is try your best. You don't really have a downside in trying.

Look out for new opportunities; nothing is more important than your mental well-being. Have you considered talking to your colleagues about how they cope with this?
