To Negotiate or Not to Negotiate?

I'm looking for a new job and I'm open to negotiation, but I'm worried about lowering my salary expectations too much. On one hand, I don't want to miss out on opportunities, but on the other, I don't want to undervalue myself. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any advice on how to navigate this tricky situation?

60% hike is ambitious but not impossible if you have strong skills. Be open to negotiation, but don't undersell yourself

Negotiate and please understand that you can always express your value in terms of the skills you bring to the table and the impact you can make

Use platforms like Glassdoor, Ambition box to get a range of salary expectations based on your work profile, target company and YoE. I've recently switched jobs and this has genuinely helped me. You can always negotiate based on the higher side of the band and work it out with the potential employer. Good luck.
